I completely understand your frustration! My husband eats what he wants, when he wants but he is a very active person (runs 5-6 miles everyday plus p/t 3 times a week) so I've just learned to stop letting it annoy me. That's all you can do...good luck and hang in there!

Last summer I lost 21 pounds and no one said anything except the 2 people who knew I was dieting! I was very frustrated. Ironically I started back up January 3 and have lost 5 pounds and a couple people have asked if I was losing weight! Go figure! Hang in there, you're doing great!!

I have been working out anywhere from 7pm to 9pm depending on my kids schedule. I "eat back" some of the calories ahead of time and then just make sure I workout that night (it was even 10pm one night).
