I have been reading the 4 hr body and he encourages scheduled binges that he calls re-feeding. The next day he suggests lots of protein and limit all white carbs, fruit, sugar, etc. Only eat protein, green veggies, beans-- drink LOTS of water. You can also have unsweetened tea and coffee. Thanks for posting this. I used to try to get in at least 60 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week but since starting 30DS 5 days ago I have been a bit lazy with my extra cardio. I do feel good though.
