I give in and eat some, but when I indulge I hardly ever go above my TDEE, so I don't worry too much about it.

I love being outside, and I love my boyfriend. He hikes with me. :) I love this forum and I think it's a fantastic place for friends and support.…

I loved Martha because she was intelligent, but Amy and Donna were my favorites. Donna in the later episodes, not when he first met her.

No, there is no current way to get to the forums from the mfp app. You'd have to use a browser, which I've done before, but it's a pain in the *kitten*. @morgori- woah! 85 miles? **cheers!** AFM- Feeling hungry. I've been on the lower end of the caloric spectrum a lot the last two weeks. I'm thinking I'm going to take the…

doug--calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight. the amount that you're able to walk isn't going to add up to enough to compensate over-eating. You need to eat at a deficit.

@catecholamine- I've never heard of that surgery. Why can't you have any veggies? :( @ jezz94 - welcome! @lauriek- I'm so glad special olympics went well! :) @susan- we have ALL been in your situation where clothes that fit great one week make you feel blah and fat the next. You're beautiful though, and you've come a long…

Thanks for the confirmations that meal planning works! I'm going to try a bit harder to actually plan out what I need to eat for the day/week. Aaron and I had an amazing time this weekend. **hush hush secret** I am falling in love with him, but I'm not ready to tell him that! We hiked for about 2 hours on Saturday and had…

Hi all...just a quick check in as I won't be on much this weekend. Trying something different where I plan out my meals for the next week. Fingers crossed it works. The BF and I are going hiking tomorrow. WOO! :) My knees are killing me though. I worked out yesterday and today pretty hard. Biked 8 miles in a half hour,…

Greetings my dears. This week is going much better than it was. I overate yesterday and the day before. I'm not even really sure why...I felt hungry, and I wasn't able to quench that hunger. I'm sure it was partial boredom, and partial me not eating the right things to fix that. Unfortunately, my two days of bad eating…

If I calculated correctly, I should still be under 2000 calories today after pigging out on wings :) Super happy about that! :) Made another trip to the Goodwill and spend about $55 on jeans, dress pants, capris, and shirts that are size 11-14 and size Large shirts. They don't fit yet, but they will soon! :)

@RobinB- It took me about 6 months to work up to the 38 minutes. You'll get there! @Robinsegg- No, I'm not a college student. Thank goodness. I've been out for almost 2 years, 4 years from my undergrad. I completely agree with the high protein snacks though. I find that whenever I'm hungry, protein usually satisfies that…

So...to everyone who wished me luck on the 5k. It snowed here in Ohio, and it was disgusting outside, so the BF and I went to the gym and I ran my 5k on the treadmill. Did my 3.1 in 38.45, which for me, is really good! Poor Aaron felt like his legs were cramping all last night. Poor guy. Down to 211. Hells yeah!! :) Sorry…
