  • Just bought Six star Pro Nutrition Whey Protein Vanilla....LOVE IT. It's so thick -mixed in some crushed ice, skim milk, and 1/2 a banana.   • I try to at have higher protein than carbs. At worst I match my carbs and protein. On the settings page you can adjust the numbers the MFP give you....try that if you don't like looking at the numbers given.
