I LOVE this workout tape! She really works ya out, but the length of each set of exercises is short enough to allow you to move along without being totally wiped out. I'm on day 4..... felt day 3 went really well, so I will try to put even more into it today.

I would suggest reading Jillian Michael's new metabolism book. In it she describes how she was a mess, her metabolism had slowed down, many of her hormone levels were way off.... she was always tired. First, it was because I work in a hospital lab, on my feet all day, extremely busy, and I would come home totally exhausted. I felt if I would lose weight I would have more energy. Maybe you should lift weights twice a week. Thats what my trainer has me doing. I am doing intense cardio to drop pounds, and lifting weights to build muscle so that I will burn more calories.

I think I will use pretty colored stones for each pound lost, and will put away a dollar for each half hour of workout. That will motivate me to have good workouts, lol.
