I LOVE The Firm videos. I had lost my favorite dvd and recently found in on Amazon. Shipped to my house it was only $10. It has 4 separate workouts and in my opinion I feel it more than the 30 day shred or Ripped in 30 and they are more fun. I like my trainers to be moving their *kitten* with me and not just wandering…

I am one of the lucky people whose heart palpitates. I have noticed that if I avoid certain artifical sweeteners it hardly ever happens. If I consume them, I'm guaranteed that my heart will wig all over the place. That can't be a good thing.

Question (hope not a dumb one) If I have calculated what I should eat now at my current weight based on my BMR and TDEE but then I lose 20lbs do I recalculate? And if so, how often and with which weight loss milestone do I recalculate if I am still far from my goal? Did that make sense? Hope so lol.

I'm backwards. I was doing the couch to 5 k on my treadmill and was all over it! I got all full of myself and challenged my hubby to a run around our super long blocks and damn near died. I'm no longer a fan of my treadmill. It gave me a false sense of accomplishment. Now I'm going to do the couch to 5 k only outside…

Thanks everyone! I didn't really mean I was happier necessarily when I was chubby, I always wanted to lose the weight but I guess less stressed out would be a better way to put it. I'm back on the wagon!!

I've been doing c25k also and I must say I love it. A little advice though is start your running outside. I started on my treadmill and then when I thought I was ready to head outside I was super butt hurt. I couldn't push out the same distance or speed I could on my treadmill and my lungs were burning!
