thanks you guys for all your support. i ran into the guy two days ago, and called him out for being a you know what. he apologized and says that he was drunk and doesn't remember any of it. i had to actually tell him what he said and did to me. lame excuse (alcohol), but at least i got an apology!

looks like you're eating super healthy so i wouldn't worry about going a little over in carbs, especially since you're not doing a bunch of crap carbs, like white breads, pastries, and sugary candies.

you probably put your goal at 2 lbs per week. and that's pretty extreme (as i've found out). At first i put 2 per week, lost more than that because i was underestimating the amount i was burning through the day. i've dropped it back to 1 pound per week and the calorie goal is MUCH easier to manage. also, DRINK MORE…
