I do not! I am anemic so I feel like a big pile of doo doo during that time. I mostly get my calorie burn during TOM by walking at work. I would say my diary takes a hit in the sugar department too. I just fail for a week every month LOL

I dont think anything helps but time. I have tried protein, and ice and I still suffered for about two days. When I did the 30 day shred I fought through the soreness and it was OK. It hurt at first but actually helped the muscles relax.

Breakfast foods don't have to be stereotypical sometimes I eat dinner foods or lunch foods sometimes. Chicken and vegetables. steak and eggs. As long as I get fuel for my workout im good! LOL

I took Philips Probiotic for 6 months, and now my body is doing OK on its own. I eat Yogurt now almost everyday. Probiotics are a life saver.

I got mine on amazon as well and after a while I had two chips in it (it still worked fine). I sent the folks at FITBIT an email and the replaced mine for free. I ended up giving the chipped one to my boyfriend.

There are so many ways to make healthy salads, soups and sandwiches. I usually check out the healthy section on Food network. com. The only problem is produce prices. HEB saves the day here in Texas for me when it comes to sales. I say just know what you want before you go buy anything.

The thought of eating more freaks me out a little. I know it is coming soon because I am about 6 pounds away from my goal. I plan on continuing my 5mile a day walks and strength training more. Ideally, I would like to use the extra 5 hundred calories up with fruits and vegetables.

I think he was right for telling you. I would have been happy that he defended me. People do suck and you are here with us getting healthier. Plus you have an amazing fiance! Screw rude old people, sometimes they just cant help it lol.
