Whats your maintenance plan!?

So how does everyone plan on looking after their banging new bods!
What does your exercise routine and daily calorie intake look like?

Trying to figure it all out!

    I've been at maintenance for about two months now and so far so good:). I set my calories to my maintenance level and have continued with my normal workout routine. I have also started lifting to build some muscle definition.

    The thought of eating more freaks me out a little. I know it is coming soon because I am about 6 pounds away from my goal. I plan on continuing my 5mile a day walks and strength training more. Ideally, I would like to use the extra 5 hundred calories up with fruits and vegetables.
