    You are an inspiration to me! I also started at 212 in my weight loss journey. I'm currently at 167 and have about 13 more pounds to go! I too keep hitting rough spots and am always looking for someone in a similar situation to ask advice from. Congrats on the wedding and you look great!

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. You can look it up on YouTube for free. 10 days at level 1. 10 days at level 2. 10 days at level 3. I had a hard time doing it every single day. And it does get repetitive. But it works!
