I drink a fresh fruit/veggie smoothie/juice everyday for breakfast. I also, grind carrots or zucchini in the food processor and sneak that into meals. For example, I'll mix carrots into ground turkey/hamburger and you can't even taste it.

I also juice but I use it as a meal replacement or snack depending on the calories in the juice. Are you entering the juice recipe to track your calories? L1 D2 down! Since today is the holiday I wanted to make sure I got it in. I definitely need to invest in some smaller weights. The heavier size is making it difficult for me to complete all the reps.

HI! I'm 32 and 5'2 1/2" SW 223 CW 212.6 GW 140-135 I eat between 1300-1500 calories/day. Depending on how hungry I am I might eat back my exercise calories. I workout 2x per week doing Zumba, but my goal is to increase to 3-4x/wk and add strength training.
