I have tried Acai berry 10 day cleanse. and for me, it worked. but its like having a bad case of pms for 10 days; your stomach hurts soooo much! it does "clean" you out though and does work. just a lot of pain.

the shakes arent all that but you can add fruit to it and ice and make a smoothie.. mmm i personally don't drink the shakes anymore, that comes to be too pricey. i just buy the pills

i'm with you. there's times I bail on my friends or say I don't wanna do something because I'm not as "active" as them. it sucks.

shoulder shrugs: you just hold a dumbell in each hand, and move your shoulders up and down; don't rotate in a circle b/c you can injure yourself. with plenty of weight, your collar bone will show. I did this during my weights class in school and definately saw results.

i lovee seeing the collar bone; and i'm in the same boat as you. what helps for me is doing shoulder shrugs with 35, or 40 lb dumbells. what i also do too is put a fat burner cream from my local herb store and it helps, atleast for me.

but in poland they use kilokalories. so the package says 35 kilocalories. i really don't think that would be 350000 calories.

I do agree with you. But I was obese before too, 5'9 and 236 lbs at age 16-17. I got throught that with my own determination. But now that I'm getting healthier and busier with school and work, I just don't feel like getting to the gym so early. I'm working past it, but for me, it makes me feel better when there's someone…

I do love chicken, but I'm all use to breading my meat and frying it so i guess im not sure how to prepare it

I think i'll listen and go see a doctor. it's been bothering me for almost 6 yrs and it's starting to hurt a lot more lately,maybe b/c i exercise almost everyday. thanks!:)

i'm a wee bit scared of going to a doctor. when i was younger my knee even swelled sometimes and i couldn't really move it. but ever since i stopped sports, the swelling stopped but the pain still continues at times..

i have the samee problem. what I do is go online, and search some thin girls that I want to look like and tell myself I can't snack b/c i want that same belly! or i just go take a nap or go for a drive WITHOUT a wallet, so I don't get tempted to go to a fastfood place.. lol :)
