I wish you well on this weight loss site...I've been on every diet under the sun (show me a woman who hasn't!!) and the old calories in vs calories out has worked a treat for me.
You will get heaps of support and advise (some good and some not so good) so MY advise to you is....
Calories in < (less than) calories out = weight loss.
EASY!!
