My motivation? The big 3-0! That's May 24, then hubby's birthday May 27 and our annual BBQ on the big day. I want to be 30 in my favorite jeans that haven't fit since I got married. And well on my way to 111 so we can start trying for baby #1!

Not before photos, but photos from Christmas. I was 152 (got to a high of 161) and I didn't recognize myself. I cried, I cursed. Last Friday I weighed in a mere 2 pounds lighter than those photos and I look completely different, thanks to exercise. Stay focused, you've got this. Use it as motivation and never look back!

Body type. I have the opposite problem. Tummy is shrinking, legs not so much. Just keep losing body fat and you will get there :)

I used to drink diet soda every day, gave it up at the beginning of this year. I feel great! Occasionally when I really want something sweet (rarely) I will opt for a small portion of natural soda. You can do it!

So great! My hubby is 6'1" and was 207. He was 197 last week. Lost ten pounds without even trying. Love that it's contagious. You must be super proud of your little girl!

Try averaging it out for the week you'll feel a lot better. I always try to stick to the plan but some days you go over. And some days I go under. As long as it averages out (my target is 1,500 per day) then you're doing fine. Tomorrow is a new day and you can make healthier choices then. 0.5 a day is a lot for people our…

I get that same message about not eating enough carbs. I'm trying to up my protein and eat fewer carbs. Oh well. I love the reports and seeing my weekly and daily deficits. Keeps me honest!

You can use a heart rate monitor with the Body Media Fit: http://activitymanager.bodymedia.com/heartrate/setupHeartrate.do I think it has to be a Garmin, though. I love my BodyMedia Fit (I have Core). According to it, though, I sleep 1-2 hours a night. I love knowing how many calories I burn!

Have the same problem. I think my main issue is self esteem. It's in the pits. And I used to have an uncontrollable sex drive. Don't know what's wrong. I'm supposed to want it now that I'm hitting the big 3-0 but nothing. Let me know if you figure it out!

I lost my first 10 pounds mostly walking (5 miles a day). I recently added circuit training and do that 2-5 times a week now, as well.

Count me in. I'm stuck at 150.0, 5 feet flat. Have only lost a pound in the past 2 weeks. Up for a challenge!
