    You look wonderful! I am also 5'7" and I started on Jan. 23 at 280 lbs. I am down 33.3 pounds. I hope I look as good as you when I have lost 80 pounds, I am going to stick with it this time.

    You look so amazing............That is what this is all about, isn't it a life style change. My husband and 16yr old son are also joining me in my life style change and are doing very well. I didn't have to drag them along kicking and screaming, I just cook less food and in a healthier way and they even get to pick recipes. Your an inspiration to all of us! :flowerforyou: .
