I agree, that's why I tried to keep it to myself and left the room to get my cardio done and continue. I just didn't want to hurt anybody's feelings.
-
I'm sorry you feel that way.

Not all Indian people smell. I do like and eat curry as well. I've worked out with them before, si that's not the case
-
I don't think so.

Thank you Thank you Thank you I was about to give up! I'll just have to be patient :)

I'm using a Herat rate monitor/calorie counter watch and it says I burn between 660-760 calories per workout doing Zumba and when lifting weights I burn between 250-400. I am working out because I don't feel tired and it makes me feel good. I have to lose weight and tone up in the process. It is just frustrating :/

Please add me as a friend to access my diary

Thank you Ramon. Now it all makes sense :)

My heart rate monitor showed 659 this morning And 680 in the evening. I just added them for a total of 1,300+ calories.
-
Thank y'all so much. I just had a cheese string and almonds :)
-
Great post. You are beautiful :)
-
Thanks everyone. I'll try to eat more and will change the macros
-
All my meals are cooked at home abd low sodium because I am retaijing a lot of water
-
I eat just about 1200 calories a day of which I need to stay within the carbs, fats and proteins percentage range. If I force myself to eat more then I go over my daily calories as well as the fats, protein and carbs.

Can I join? I'm 5'3" and although I started on this program at the end of July, I lost 6 lbs so far going onto my second week. My goal for August is to work out and drop 2 sizes. I know it is ambitious, but I gotta think big to get big results :)
-
I feel satisfied with what I eat. Sooo I'm pushing myself to eat at least 1200 calories but I hardly ever reach 1200. I drink about 1-1.5 gallonscof water a day and watch mainly my sodium and sugar intake. I will be working out starting monday
-
I ran 6 miles today and I was going to go swimming later after the mavs game. I feel sick now. I guess all that grease is starting to cause some damage in my tummy :( I guess more weights and resistance gor tofay's work out
-
Lol thank you for the input. I'll be the early stripper from now on then haha
-
I love coffee and drink it every morning with flavored fat free creamer and splenda. I haven't noticed any problems with it so far. I'm watching my sodium though ;)
-
I lost it in around 4-5 weeks. I am eating as much as I can in a clean healthy way, but cheat to get more calories to balance out at the end of the day/week
-
Check out my diary and tell me what do you think?
-
It says I have like 200 calories left. I drank 5 liters of water today so hunger didn't visit me today, but I still had to eat. I will look into changing my percentages so I can say I tried everything.

I have been eating low carbs and balanced fats until this week. I'm stuck and fish and chicken feel me up plus all the veggies and snacks between meals. I'll give it all week and see what happens
-
I'm getting my carbs through veggies and lentils :) I'm trying to eat clean for the most part.
-
I am eating a lot of protein since I still have some muscle left from being a former athlete haha, but I am watching all the other numbers as well. I eat fish and chicken breast. No turkey because it was high in sodium :(
-
My doctor said my problem was sodium. I have to eat clean and if possible sodium free while my body goes back to its normal balanced state. What should I focus on more besides staying within my caloric intake? Less protein, more fats? Less fat, more sugar? Fiber?
-
I snack on grilled asparagus or cranberries with fat free Greek yogurt
