I have a negative bet calories I have to eat back after my workout. The problem is that In already full and very satisfied. I understand I have to eat some or most of my workout calories. What should I eat? Help me please?

Net calories? What's that?
I noticed that after I log my exercise burned calories my calories change, and then the net calories go up. Does that mean I have to eat more calories? Or burn more calories? Please help. This can be so confusing
