Hi Kim, Welcome to MFP. Take advantage of the folks who visit this site. Their imput is always helpful. Take think=gs one step at a time. And drink lots of water. It's a major key in weight loss. :smile:

I had slowed down my coffee drinking for awhile, but I'm back to my usual 3 to 4 cups a day. I just make sure that I drink at least 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water each day also. Plus, I have given up the diet drinks also and limit my other liquid intake to unsweet tea when I tire of coffee. :smile:
