My before and during pictures!

The picture is kind of old, the weight is a little off but not enough to motivate me to change it! lol. I pretty much look the same.

    Thank you! Honestly it was a big "self-respect campaign" I had to realize the old habits of binge eating and not exercising were disrespectful to myself. So at first I just made better choices (not eating the whole pack of oreos) and going for walks. now I use Wii Active and work a pretty high paced job!

    Wow! Amazing! I wish I looked that good at 187 lbs...Way to go. Makes me want to try harder.
