Fantastic! And thanks for posting. I really needed to see something like this today because I have "fallen off the wagon," too. I'm going to make today a new start and keep your story in mind (especially about getting over the bumps!). Thank you and congratulations on your success.

So fantastic! I am really proud of you and awestruck that you were brave enough to swim in the Irish Sea. I am so afraid of sinking (even with all the fat to keep me afloat!). Are you inspired to do it again next year? L

I strongly suggest that you look into a dog training class that you can do with your dog. You've gotten many good tips from people here, but it's very helpful to have a chance to practice with a dog trainer. And it's fun. I had many bad habits to unlearn from watching my father use physical force on our pets and the best…

Sounds like you got some good advice here. We're all rooting for you and waiting to hear how it goes. Good luck!

This is wonderful. I'm so glad you found Esme and can give her a good home. I just can't imagine life without my dogs (all rescue pups). They give us such joy and make us get out and move. Good luck on your journey and many happy times with Esme.

Wow! Big difference! Keep it up!

Fantastic! Congratulations!

Sounds like you'll have to do an informed estimate. I would go online and look for a similar recipe that give nutrition information. Allrecipes.com is generally a good resource.

If there's a good way to lose you dog, this is it! I'm so glad you still have that cute Murphy! Congratulations on all your hard work and continued weight loss. You must be feeling really good.

I had a health type class and the trainers said that lowfat chocolate milk is an excellent thing to have after a workout. I buy the 8 oz boxes of low fat/organic to have on hand.

THIS!! Well said.

Hmmm...interesting. Might have to give it a try. Could combine with baking something else and save some propane, too.

Wow! What an inspiration to the rest of us. You look just fabulous and so healthy. Congratulations!

This sounds like my usual daily workouts. I love both the DVDs and am seeing amazing results from NMTZ. My saddle bags are going away. I've done some beginning Pilates, too. Really like that.

You are looking fantastic! Keep it up!

The chocolate is still in my desk!

I eat fruit and low sodium Progresso chicken and wild rice soup almost every day. Sometimes I throw spinich or chard into the soup to add to my veggie intake (and because I love the stuff!). I also keep a dried fruit/nut mix in my pack for when I need an afternoon pick-me-up. It took awhile for my tummy to quit asking for…

Just keep going. It gets so much better. Truth is, I've never made it past level two, but I go back and do either level when I only have 20 minutes. Recently I've been trying to fit No More Trouble Zones into my evening. I cannot tell you what a difference doing the DVDs has made in my overall fitness level. I wouldn't…

Congratulations on your success and your recovery. May you have continued good health.

Congratulations! What an accomplishment!
-
Still working my way through level two. I don't think I'll ever be able to do a pushup! I've been alternating between 30DS and No More Trouble Zones and my endurance and strength is so much better than it has been in years! Stick with this and you'll see amazing results-just like Jillian promises!

Nothing. I make my coffee at home and spend my money on yarn. It lasts longer and is a lot more fun.

Way to go! Keep training and I'll bet you shave a lot more than a minute off the June run.
