Hey Guys, Happy May Day! Currently in the middle of finals so the temptation to procrastin-eat is very high! Need this challenge to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Weighed in today at 189.0...I know it is water weight from going out 3 days at the end of last week but I will use that as my start. I had been at 187.0 on April 28th....

I get weighed at my naturopath... I actually lost .85kg of fat but gained 1.1kg of muscle since April 20. So I will keep getting weighed there & track fat loss. I want to lose at least 3kg of fat in May!
