My goal for May is to finish losing 10% from my initial body weight, which would end up a total of 15.1 lbs. To meet that goal, I need to lose 7.3lbs in May...I just lost 7.8lbs in April so I think this is totally do-able! That would put be at 135.9 or less on May 31!
Oh and a few NSVs this week-- I took my body fat % measurement for the first time in months, and it has gone down from 32% to 26.6%! AND during my 3 mile run, i had my fastest recorded mile in 12 years (since junior high!) - 10:39! I'm feeling so strong and motivated! I'm looking forward to finishing 30 DS this month and possibly starting P90X!0 -
Me! definitely in! I have to lose weight for a short vacation in June, so this would be perfect! Just trying to get a grip on my binge eating

I want to loose body fat on my belly so my goal is to reduce at least one inch of waist by the end of May and look great on a new dress I'll be wearing by that time.
My difficulty is that I can only do cardio like spinning/elliptical/walking because of a rib fracture, so not able to lift weights.
I can do this!!
