    Went and worked out, cardio and strength training this AM. Came home had a bowl of mini frosted wheats and pineapple! Good stuff

    I'm so nervous about this! I've been doing REALLY badly the last few months and gained back seven pounds... so here's hoping this will push me to lost them again!

    Yell at me if I don't post my weight on 5/10, 5/15, 5/20, 5/25 and at the end of the month!

    Also, add me on here! I would love to have positive people to help keep me going and I'll help keep you going! WE CAN DO THIS!

    This week's NSV: A colleague who I don't speak to all that much walked up to me and said "Can I just say, you're fading away and looking more and more beautiful each day" - I don't think anyone has ever called me beautiful before. Such a special moment.
