My eldest son is 12 and has autism. He does not like to give hugs that often but today he gave me a large hug and then said " Mum I like it that you have lost weight as it makes it easier for me to hug you."

Having a hug from him was amazing but the fact that he had noticed I've lost weight and said in such a way has not just made my day but my month.

    That is great, if you ever get discouraged just remember your son, his hug for you and his compliment!!! AWESOME!!!!

    Yours is the NSV that underscores why to lose the weight. Write this down somewhere so you can look at it frequently so you never forget this. How amazing!
