    My eldest son is 12 and has autism. He does not like to give hugs that often but today he gave me a large hug and then said " Mum I like it that you have lost weight as it makes it easier for me to hug you."

    Having a hug from him was amazing but the fact that he had noticed I've lost weight and said in such a way has not just made my day but my month.
