There's T25 - it's a shorter version, though just as intense. I say try Insanity. You may falter a lot in the beginning but over time, you will get better.

A sign to join the "fun?" Heck yeah! Get in on this! If nothing else, it makes you feel great about yourself. What do you have to lose????

Although I haven't gained, my weight hasn't moved at all so I can empathize. After doing loads of research of other people's Insanity experiences, I know it's not uncommon for the weight to increase or remain the same. It's the inches we should be focusing on as muscle weighs more than fat. Obviously watching what we eat,…

12lbs!? That's amazing! After only 3 weeks? I must be doing something wrong. Sadly, my weight hasn't moved at all. I'm a bit frustrated about that as I push myself hard during each video. I'm trying to watch my calorie intake. Hence being on here again. I do have a hypo-active thyroid but i hate using that as an excuse.…

I'm now in the middle of my third week. One way I've found to stay motivated is that I've taken the challenge to Facebook. I report every day of the completion of my workout and every rest day I do a video for my family and friends, detailing how that week felt and my results. It really helps to know that so many people…

I'm in the middle of week 3 too! How are you finding things?

I think it's a great idea. It's highlighting children in violent scenarios. More and more do we see this in real life. Take Ohio's latest incident, for instance. Children are becoming more violent. Maybe it's books like this that will help us to open our eyes.

UM. Wow. I can only dream of looking like that. Amazing!!!

I think it's an interesting concept. Now if this was a movie about REAL life, I'd have a problem with it. But many people sat through the new Karate Kid movie and that featured a pre-teen getting his *kitten* seriously kicked by a gang. Pretty hard to watch. I think the point of the Hunger Games is to NOT have a world that…

Then don't watch 'Drive' either. Tons o' blood and gore.

when i first started, i wasn't losing either. i had changed so much about my life and zip was happening. then all of a sudden, it was. the pounds have started to melt off. hang in there. DO NOT GIVE UP!! You have a great support system on here. Results WILL happen. Be patient. You will be so proud of yourself when you see…

I guess we should start throwing in whimpers, sighs and loud groans to really make the magic happen. Ok ladies, find the biggest weight you can!
-
absolutely amazing! you're proof that things get better with age!

*lovingly strokes notch on bedpost* [/quote] BAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! LOVE THIS!!
-
I would agree with that. I had a guy from P.E.I. Took…his…time. Loved it. P.S. find a nerd ladies. They make the best lovers. They make up for lost time!

Because we have something the size of a turkey come out of our hooha. Deal with it.

Hmm....I'm from Windsor. The consistency is weirdness and a lack to really try.

I’ve been around the world. Slept with many different ‘country’ boys. Canadian boys do rank pretty high. But I have to say British boys make it count outside the bedroom. They buy a woman a drink without trying to get her into bed. Boys in Canada are pretty cheap and unless you’re going to put out, they don’t bother. I…

Is it wrong that i wonder what it would smell like in there if every woman went commando? I mean gyms are pretty smell as it is...ew.

I wear a cotton thong. Those tight lulus give double bum if I wear briefs. I must say, though, always interested when lunging.

You have NOTHING to be embarrassed about!. You look fantastic! Great work!

Pajama pants in public. Nuff said.

As usual, Teachers get treated like crap and aren’t given the credit they are due. Teachers are there to EDUCATE, parents are there to do the rest. Give teachers a break and look INSIDE THE HOME for the problem. Being a parent is a life sentence. If you aren't up to it, don't procreate.

This has been something I’ve been getting angrier over for a while now. I guess I have a 1950s mentality (even though I was born in the 80s). I don’t know about anyone else but the youth of today just freak me out with how entitled they seem (not all, of course, but a pretty large amount) and how they don’t care who they…

Wow, I'd love to know where that first place is so I can avoid it. Perhaps you should move to the hippy place!

I have NEVER seen a smiley face over an *kitten*. ;-)

Excellent point!
