Hi Katie I am on the final week of cycle 3 of the 90daysss. I have loved the experience. The first cycle is low carb meals with a carb refuel meal after a 25 min hiit. This was the hardest bit for me to get used to. But I just went with it because I decided to trust the plan. My cycle 1 results were 9inches lost and 4kg…

For my most embarrassing workout moment I have to go back to the year 2000 I was 16 and in high school. I had successfully spent the whole school year avoiding P.E. One day, like something out of your worse nightmare. I turned up for lesson ready with my excuse (probably women's problems) to find that it was the day of the…

I did it 10 days each level no rest days

I go for 2 scoops of protein powder with water at 184cals then a mid morning snack of nuts, or a boiled egg or a piece of fruit works perfect for me

I use PHD diet whey i've tried the strawberry and the belgian chocolate flavours and both are awesome

The quorn (fridge) sausages are beautiful. You may also like Linda McCartney Mozzarella burgers. The quoin mince (which they use in the lasagne) is really quick to cook, can be used with anything and is filling. One of my fav quick meals is Quorn mince with some peel plum tomatoes and basil with a poached egg on top.

did a google search for the user name, quite a few posts asking the same question on a variety of communities. Also found a video of her playing her music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjlvQ4lg2qs. she seems confident. All i can think is someone trolled her one time saying she was fat and now she's looking for validation…

Mine appears to be working okay. Check your settings and make sure you haven't accidentally disabled the sharing setting

The exercises should hopefully help with your back too. Good luck. Hope you get back to running again soon.

What is your current ability? have you run in the past? Start out slow with run and walk intervals. Leg muscles take time to adapt to running and you wouldn't want to give yourself shin splints by running to much in the beginning. I found jump training helped my running strength and in itself is very good cardio. Jumping…

I can't see why it wouldn't work, strong core will make you stand taller and look leaner. Include a cardio dvd each day and that will help shift excess fat from the tummy area. I've just started Jillian's 7 day shred. I'm on day 2 and can honestly say its a good challenge.

My Boyfriend is currently recovering from Hip Arthroscopy surgery and his physio routine to help strengthen the hips, glutes and core are: Bridges. Clams lunges etc. http://www.jospt.org/doi/pdf/10.2519/jospt.2013.0501 http://www.physioadvisor.com.au/8118650/hip-strengthening-exercises-hip-rehabilitation-e.htm I myself get…

Don't be so hard on yourself, if 20 minutes is your threshold today push for 21 minutes next time. Plyometrics is tough and to finish 20 minutes of it first time round is pretty good.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofhKZ-cmSt4 I was dealing with shin splints for over a year, tried everything. Then i found the video i linked and worked hard my shin splints recovered and i was able to run 10k with zero shin pain. Foam roller, stretching, work on dorsi flexion and strengthening. I have had two months off…

Amazing progress

I still struggle with push ups, and for the life of me i cannot do the chaturanga, and wheel pose. I have come to the realisation and acceptance that my arms and shoulder movements cannot get to those poses

I've started doing the workouts alongside running and cycling, i like randomly choosing one of them and seeing how i do. I completed it last year and lost quite a few inches and pounds, I tried to pick it up again middle of this year and got bored when i tried to start at from scratch. Good luck with the workout, it might…

What would happen if you went out with the aim of running 1 mile without stopping? I bet you could do it.
-
I went from 154 to 140 in the 12 weeks it took. I lost quite a few inches too.
-
You look awesome, well done on your weightloss
-
I've been poorly since getting to final week, so for me it's just restarting it but in a 6 week schedule instead of 12 week.
-
I started from workout 1 today, after getting all the way to work out 12 final week i can honestly say level 1 is too easy. its a good motivator of how far i have come, i remember my first week having to stop for water between most sets, getting out of breath doing towel runs and doing chair squats without the weights.…

No I didn't follow the diet plan, I'm vegetarian and she tells ya to stay away from soya so it felt impossible to me also 1200 is far too little especially when she doesn't suggest eating back exercise calories so you would be netting around 800 cals. I ate between 1500-1900 depending on if I did extra exercise such as…

For the 1st week of each exercise my hrm said I burnt 230ish on second week it always drops to around 180-210 depending on how much jumping is involved. I always deduct 10% when I log it too.
