There are some awesome goals on here.
Mine are, first and foremost, to be kind, particularly to my MIL who has dementia. Next, to continue to lose weight at a rate of ~3 lbs/month, with an end goal for the year of 154, and an ultimate goal of 140. To that end, I plan to walk ~3 miles/day->~87 mile/month, for at least 1050 miles in 2015. I will also lift every Wednesday and Sunday. Finally, I need to maintain my GPA even though I'm taking a heavier load and still maintaining the household, etc.
Happy 2015 everyone!!0 -

I don't do resolutions either.. but I do have goals. Each year is a new training year as far as I'm concerned, and this year my running team and I have decided to get the Spartan Trifecta. I know there's no way we won't get that big medal. I'm excited to see how this shakes out..0
