-Make it to Church/Sunday School weekly (and teach in my kids classes)
-Become debt free (besides the house)
-Eat mostly what makes me look AND feel good (veggies, fish, whole grain, legumes, and lots of water)
-Do bodyweight, kettle bell and dumb bell strength training at home (may change to heavier lifting at the gym in our subdivision)
    -Be conversational in Spanish

-Get to my ultimate goal weight (need to lose another 17 on top of the current 36 lost)

    -Maintain weight loss

-Continue my streak with logging daily (as of today, I hit 200 days!)

-Fit into single digit pants (went down from a size 16 to 12 in 2014. I can squeeze into one pair of 10s, barely. Want to get into a size 8 sometime this year!)

-Sign up for a 5k and a 10k! I can run both around my neighborhood but I want to do an actual race!

    -Keep running!

I don't do resolutions either.. but I do have goals. Each year is a new training year as far as I'm concerned, and this year my running team and I have decided to get the Spartan Trifecta. I know there's no way we won't get that big medal. I'm excited to see how this shakes out..

Mine is to get healthy by dropping 90 pounds, lowering my Cholesterol to100, bringing my blood pressure back to a good number and improve my cardio so I can walk up stairs or climb a hill without feeling like I am going to keel over.
