August 2015 is Ultimate Goal Weight Month!
As August 2015 will mark the 20th anniversary of my first diet. It was forced upon me at 14 years old by some family members and started years and years of binges, self-loathing, crash diets and led me to 198lbs. When I WASN'T fat at all to start with. Just hitting puberty.
This year will have a all more holistic approach.
Pure strength, mobility, agility, speed, balance and core strength. Weight, inches and fat loss.

    Main goals are:
    - UGW. 15kilos / 33lbs to go.
    - Master Headstand / Handstand
    - No escalator / elevator under 8 stories. No matter what.
    - Health bodyfat%
    - Master a full bridge
    - US size 8/10
    - Fit into goal bikini and goal outfit
    - Deadlift UGW and SW

    Non-fitness resolutions:
    - Learn a new language
    - Visit a new country
    - Find the dream job
    - Quit smocking

    Here's to a rocking year!!

You can dot it !!!

    My fitness/ health related ones are;
    - Continue with my slow bulk until at least the end of February (preferably until the end of March, though) and ignore the mental nagging voice which is telling me I'm getting fat!
    - Cut off the fat at the end of the bulk, and then look fabulous on holiday at the beginning of May!
    - Maintain/ Recomp until after my second holiday in October
    - Start the cycle all over again
    - Continue to progress with lifting heavy things, and continue to train consistently three times per week.
    - Have actual, defined, awesome, abs by the time I go away in October
    - Continue to avoid refined sugar and alcohol (they give me insomnia) as much as possible
    - Be able to do at least one unassisted pull-up

    NICE !!!

I had posted some of these in another thread, but can't hurt to restate all my goals! (These aren't really resolutions they are ongoing goals that I have been working towards.) I turn 40 this year and want to be the healthiest I can be.

    - weight lift! It's time to change up my fitness routine. I already started in early Dec.
    - Only do thing that will make me happier. And, if I'm happier, everyone around me will be too.
    - Meditate! I really need to learn to clear my mind and relax.
    - Lose 5-10 more lbs and tone, tone, tone.

    Forgot to add

-Will donate blood 5 times this year

So great that you do this! More people need to donate on a regular basis especially if they are a rarer blood type. Sadly, I can't donate. I've fainted more than once.

Okay, I hate the term "resolution" I don't know why, it just feels so unattainable haha! aybe I'm crazy. Anyway, my "goals" are as follows:
    Read 12 new books
    Spend 15 minutes a day meditating/reading/growing spiritually
Begin saving for a car I plan to buy in August
Run 1 race a month including at least 1 half marathon
Lose 20-25lbs by summer and 30-35 by the end of the year.
Measurable, attainable goals, that is what I need

The only resolution I have is to keep doing what I have been and try and get to my goal weight. Anything else I add, like getting more exersise is just a bonus.
