    - Keep doing what I'm doing cardio wise.
    - Figure out what works best for me to level out for maintenance weight.
    - Begin more dumbbell weight training. I don't want to bulk, I just want to be a little stronger.

I want to keep doing what I did in 2014 for weight loss and fitness. I still have a ways to go, so keep plugging along! But there are two goals for 2015 that I want to shoot for.

    1. Run a 5K this spring. (never have run a race before)

    2. Ride the new zip line at the Royal Gorge Bridge, in Colorado. I worked there as a teenager, and they recently had to rebuild due to a fire. Well, they installed a zip line across the gorge, 1000 feet above the river below, and I want to give it a go. I first thought I wouldn't do it, but I want to feel that excitement for myself!!!!

    my fitness resolutions are...

Start a strength training program of some sort...
Build upper body strength to be able to jump walls on my own at the next Spartan.
    Monkey bars.
Lose the last 5 to 15 to get into maintenance.
    Improve running distance/time
Be able to do push ups. At least 10 in a row.
Somewhat of a better diet/less alcohol.
    10k, then half.

I'm calling 2015 the year of the abs. because I will be able to see them towards the end of the year. I swear it.

    MIne are as follows:

    6 5 k's (One every other month)
To be able to complete a 5 k 45 minutes or less. (I am at 55 right now)
To lose 100 lbs (I have lost 86 in 7 months this year)
To work out at minimum of 3 days a week
Continue to eat right, and learn a way to avoid binging...and eating things that are not that good. (you know something that doesn't taste as good as you thought it would and then you eat it anyway.)

I don't like to call it Resolutions because that's like a promise that I don't know if I can keep and I don't make those. I make goals. My goals for 2015 are as follows (hopefully) in this order:

    -Fit into my size 9's
    -Finish T25
    -Run two 5K's
-Train for a Triathlon that's in September.
