    Forgot to add

-Will donate blood 5 times this year

So great that you do this! More people need to donate on a regular basis especially if they are a rarer blood type. Sadly, I can't donate. I've fainted more than once.

Thanks @betharin, I've gotten dizzy more than once, but I'll hit 9 gallons donated this year !

My resolution is to bring balance into my life. This year was emotional and next year will be, too. I will be searching for a way to keep my head above water and bring balance to my eating and emotions.

    - Keep on track eating wise while going through medical school
    - Continue to do well in medical school
    - Once I have my nutrition consistent, slowly introduce exercise (I am a big all-or-nothing person, and that often doesn't work when I try and change nutrition and exercise at the same time)
    - Don't let peer pressure drive me away from my nutrition goals
    - Find an organization that I really love volunteering for
    - Continue to get pumped about getting married in July!

Maybe this seems lame... but ... my resolution is to go to bed by 10:30-11:00 5/7 nights a week. If I do what I need to do to make that happen I feel like I will be a much less stressed person.

Get back to the weight I was at a few years ago when I first started MFP
Try to get over a "1 day Streak" for logging
Drink less booze - the biggest reason that I've gained so much weight
Get organized at home again (meal planning, and keeping the house tidy etc)
    Yell less at my kids

Thank you! Yes, I feel like I will function better. It's crazy what I'm going to have to change to make that happen - I'll actually have to get my fiancé to agree to "let" me go home from things (we both like socializing and he likely doesn't have the same resolution haha. We also carpool - hence why I say "let"), I'll have to turn down invitations to things... turn off the TV, even if it's in the middle of a show... etc. Could be anything!

I hate the term resolution...I usually try to focus on a yearly 'theme'. 2014 was about the power of positivity. Not letting little things bring me down, finding my happy and realizing I can do anything I try. With that mentality I got a new job I love, a new car I love even more, completed two half marathons, went on vacation 3 times, donated more to charity, saw two of my gorgeous friends get married, and while I only lost 11 lbs I'm perfectly happy that I'll never see those 11 again.
2015 is about relationships...ending toxic ones, putting energy into the ones that make me a better person, and realizing when someone isn't out for my best interests. Wish me luck lol.

    Fitness wise...some goals:

    - Lose at least 50 lbs
    - Complete two half marathons, an 8K, and a 10K. Get the half marathon time sub 2 hrs.
    - Begin training by Q4 for a full marathon for 2016
    - Cut out ALL fast food, even the sort of fast foods
    - Go to the gym at least 3 days a week and/or outdoor run 3 days a week
    - Start a backyard garden and grow more of my own vegetables
    - Don't take having one bad food day as an excuse to eat garbage for a week. Every day is a new day.
    - Finish unpacking my house and keep it organized, avoid clutter!
    - Read more, watch less TV
