  • I had a great set, for 6 months, but then had to take a break. Now I am back, and can hopefully finish what I started. I try to support as much as I can, but with 5 kids and spending most of my time at the school volunteering I often just get on to log my food and then I'm off. If I sit here too long then NOTHING would get…
  • Adding you. This is a postive journey, suppose to be to better yourself, not to knock others down.
  • I am pretty sure that is what I look like the week before and the week after, especially the months when it decides to take its good ole time getting here.
  • So inspired. You look fabulous, and while your before pictures I would of said, yeah definitely mid to late 40's, You really look a lot younger now. FANTASTIC!!!!! Good luck in maintenance.
  • Great job, use the IMG code to post pictures, and change the IMGs to img. You are halfway there. That is awesome.
  • Congrats, won't be long to ONEderland. Keep up the good work.
  • I have always watched my fat and sodium, now I am trying to watch my sugar and make sure I am getting enough fiber as well. Protein and carbs I am not as hung up on. The last few weeks have been rough with sick kids, sinus issues, and holiday, but I try to make sure what I put in my body is good, and then if I go over it's…
  • Sounds like he is afraid you are going to get fit, more attractive, and then you are going to run off with some other guy. No guy is going to admit to being insecure. I would just let it go and continue working on you. He will come around and realize you aren't going anywhere. Be aware though of the signs of abuse, is he…
  • Your pictures always amaze me. I definitely see the cut in your arms now. I'm an arm lady:blushing:
  • Awesome. Keep up the good work. Those are some very nice arms you got going there
  • That is wonderful. I have a "retired" pile. As they get too big I throw them up on a shelf in the laundry room, then I give them to my mom when she comes up. I am getting to the point where I have more and more in the "retired" pile, and less and less in my closet. I just mentioned to my partner I will have to go out and…
  • AWESOME!!!!!!
  • 30 year old SAHM to 5 kid. 70 days and counting. Won't say I am most active all those days, but I am here if you need someone to listen, and try my best to be encouraging.
  • OH MY GOSH, I about spit water all over my keyboard.
  • LOOKING GOOD!!!!!! Keep up the great work, and just think of what a remarkable example you are setting for kids. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Welcome to the site fellas. It is a great place to be. Today was my 65th day, and while I have hit a bump here and there, I find this site very motivational. Always here to joke around, brighten a person's day, give them a kick in the junk if they need it to help themselves back onto the wagon. Created by MyFitnessPal.com…

  • So cute. Great job telling her why it is important to exercise, it's not about looking great, its about feeling great. Keep up the wonderful work.
  • LOL, want to see what twins are like at 17, and 3 you can come to my house :) faternal boys 17, and identical girls 3
  • Pretty close, 30 SW 223 CW 196 GW 160(probably go beyond) Height 5'3'' Medium Frame (stupid leg muscle, will never look right smaller than a size 10/12) Just taking it one day at a time, not a race
  • MFP is calculated with a deficient, then you eat back your exercise calories. I am on 1200, with todays excercise I am up to 2000 calories. Some people eat none of their exercise calories back, some swear to eat all of them, I aim to eat about 60% of them. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • My HRM doesn't do calories, it just keeps my heart rate. There are many sites that have calculators that will tell you how many calories burned if you just glance on occasion and average out your heart rate. For instance today, I did 45 minutes/3 miles, my average hr was 160. I punch my numbers in, and I got 420ish…
  • Depending on your level of fitness, weight, and actual heart rate while doing the exercise will alter the amount of calories burned. I suggest getting a heart rate monitor, and either they will have a calorie count on it, or you can easily take your HR and plug it into the many calculators either for running, or for…
  • I broke the habit, and also increased my water intake in one swoop. I'm a stay at home mom. I get bored, I walk to the fridge and get something. When I first found this site, I was drinking 2 liters a day of Dr. Pepper and snacking constantly. I went and bought small 8oz. bottles of water and put them in the fridge. If I…

  • I'm 5'4'' and hit 30lbs at my 50th day, but I am obese, if you are just overweight, the weight is not just going to fall off so easily, and I have slowed down from 5lbs a week down to between 1 and 2 lbs. My tips, give up all soda and processed drinks. Even non-sweetened tea at a resturant has sodium in it and carbs in it…
  • I eat back about 60% of my exercise calories, to go too far under your net will only result in taking longer to heal after a work out, and feeling tired, even dizzy when your body runs out of fuel. Also when you do weight training, you will find you need more protein on those days. Listen to your body, it will tell you…
  • I like to let it all hang out :), although on occasion I hop on in my PJs but they tend to be light weight, I only use buff measurement as my "official" for on here.
  • So, how is the life insurance on him? So happy my partner is sooo super supportive. I dont' think I would of lasted as long without him. Although he is also trying to get in better shape, and it has almost become a constest with me, I can't let him weigh less than me :) So far I got him by almost 10lbs. I am…
  • I have no idea how to resize, I have shrunk them down on photobucket now 3 times and they still come up the same size on here, any pointers so they aren't HUGE I finally got it :)
  • You can add me, I'm a SAHM/PTA Mom of 5 kids. I am almost halfway to my first goal. The scale is just one tool. Feeling younger, being able to do more, having your pants near falling off, those are the tools of success. This is a wonderful site. I have just logged my 50th day, I really don't think I would of been as…
