    Friend clean-up time for me. I have been on MFP 6 months or so. Looking for a few more friends to run with as I burn the last 30 lbs. I do interval training, seek to do an 1800 calorie macro of 160 g protein and 100 g carbs... want to go more paleo. anyone want to run with me, FR me with a message. BTW, I'm not a sidelines kind of guy. I do like to message friends who are encouragers and need to return a kick in the *kitten* every once in a while.

    Have been 180---->125 after 1st child

    160---->130 after second child

    158--->140 work in progress after finally quitting smoking for good, 20 yr smoker, almost 3 yrs smoke free.

    I eat good but work hard, end of story!
    Will not cheer on ppl starving themselves so if you fall into this category dont bother.
