I agree completely that there are so many variables to consider other than just scale weight and BMI. I'm 5'8", 40 years old, final goals of 165 lbs (current 177 lbs). My LBM is 129 lbs and I'm aiming for about 25% body fat which is right in between athletic and acceptable. Oh and I'd love to be wearing US size 8's/10's…
