I agree with mommared53....and like she said "i will zip it too". Personally, I think that flu shots are BS and don't work...but- that's just me. In my experiences people who did get the shot would get sick within a day or so.

I was in the same situation when i first started doing full body workouts, so I say go for it. Once you start working out, your muscles won't hurt as bad. :wink: and you will feel better that you worked out once you finish!

I agree! Swimming is a great exercise and it is easy on your joints. You can get a good workout and burn calories without stressing your hips too much.

I usually chew on some sugar-free gum and drink extra water. Question for you. I just looked at your food diary- is that all you ate today? You might be hungry:smile: If you only consumed 400 calories, your body might be in need of some nutrients!

I would suggest a change to your workout regiment. Sometimes we need to switch and shake things up to keep us motivated. For example, I have been doing the P90X since March and got soooo bored with it. Today I started my new workout plan and the excitement came back with it! Good Luck to you!

What about cottage cheese? It is high in protein, low in fat and sodium?

My food diary is public and you can check it out if in need of some breakfast ideas... I am hooked on egg whites and cottage cheese so that's what I've been eating lately. Sometimes I add turkey breast or sardines to it for extra protein.

I would suggest eating if you feel hungry and not eating just to replace calories...

If your runs are really "runny" I would drink some extra water to replace "lost" fluids. Other than that, I think you are OK:wink:
