P90X+ Total Body Workout

For the first time i did the total body workout, now i didnt do it all cause im really not fit enough but i did about 25 minutes of it, this was on friday and my muscles are still sore today, should i do the workout or leave it for another day?

  • I was in the same situation when i first started doing full body workouts, so I say go for it. Once you start working out, your muscles won't hurt as bad. :wink: and you will feel better that you worked out once you finish!

    I did the 30 day shred last monday for the first time....well tuesday morning I really could not walk, bearly got out of bed. But I did it again on tuesday then wed. On thursday I took a break a friday started right back. The thurs break helped but I would do at least the first 2-3 days then take a break.
