I downloaded an app called Happy Scale and suggests I log my weight daily to show a trend. However, my weight on Friday's is the one that I record in MFP.

Knowing my goal is (was ;) ) 65 lbs away was extremely overwhelming, so 5 lb goals is more realistic and doable in my mind. Good Luck!

It's working for me so far. It doesn't seem as overwhelming as 65 lbs or 50 lbs, etc.
