Breakfast - a whole grain tortilla with a wedge of pepper jack Laughing Cow spread on it, a slice of grilled ham and 2 scrambled eggs with a splash of Srircha (sp?) rolled up in it.

Free food at work. Ate about 225g of grilled pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin, turkey breast, and chicken breast. 3 spears of grilled asparagus, 3 large string beans, 3 large romaine leaves, 3 fresh red onion rings (like fresh not fried), 1 strawberry, a small piece of chocolate cake and half a mini eclair. That was five hours ago now and still so not hungry.0

old fashioned choco donut from this heavenly little donut shop down the street. it was my BF's, but he made the mistake of leaving it in the cupboard as i work from home all day0

Slow-roasted lamb, a small roasted potato and roasted carrots and mushrooms with a glass of red wine. Freaking outstanding, even though I had to add a little salt on mine (family can't eat too much salt, so I cook with the bare minimum).0
