I add a stick of whole cinnamon and/or a cardamom pod to my boiling hot water and then let it steep with my tea. You can use whatever flavor tea you like all of the above are wonderful suggestions.This adds a nice spice flavor and is really good for digestion.

Use yellow onion red will cause the water to get all yuck. I leave the chicken in for an hour and then shred it. Either way you are fine. I add some whole black pepercorn for some extra flavor. Salt it to taste and you are good to go!

You need to stop blaming you parents for what you are eating. Dinners are a lot of taco cabana and pizzas. Lots of carbs and sodium from what I can see. Try using salsa as a salad dressing (chopped tomatoes, lime juice, diced onions, cilantro, salt to taste and some cumin). I add salsa and some low fat sour cream to my salads. Add veggies like bell peppers, jalepenos, shredded carrots and it tastes great.

Congrats on deciding to change things. The easiest and cheapest way to try different workouts for me has been youtube. Search "befit" and a lot of different workouts come up. Most of them you can do in your home with little or no equipment. Good Luck!

If you do it everyday it is not a cheat, it is a habit. Treats/cheats everyday are easy ways to rack up sensless calories. Try to slowly wean yourself off. If on the other hand you are not worried about going over your calories, diabetes, eating clean, or HFCS then keep it up as long as you are not going over your calorie…

Make your own with a protien powder. Mix oatmeal (that will help with fiber), natural low fat peanut butter, water, protein powder.
