I hit over 60 pounds lost today. In addition I had a doctor's appointment and my A1C was in the normal range and she has completely taken me off my diabetes medicine. I am thrilled!! And instead of seeing my doc every 3 months, she's bumping me to every 4 months. Big motivator today!
