  • I have the same exact one, just branded Proform XT (reebok off brand from woot.com)...I LOVE it :heart: It works with the machines at the gym just like the polar, but it was half the price. I have worn mine all day and I really don't notice the chest strap. I have both types and I definately recommend one with the chest…

  • Hey, sorry I've been gone and haven't gotten to my pledge yet...I've had a busy life since I signed up and haven't gotten to the message boards much. :cry: I am going to try to keep doing 30-45 min/day 5 days one week and 2 days the next (days when I'm at home and not at work).

  • I would say that it depends on how long you did it for and how fast of a pace you were at. If you got your heart rate up and kept it up for a while, then yes I would call it exercise, but If you were relaxed while doing it, I would say no. Look in the exercise database and find something that is similar and use those cals…

  • I love love love:heart: :heart: :heart: this cookbook!!! I have tried a good many of theese recipes...the only one so far that isn't so good is the tropical crab salad, but that is prob just a matter of taste :bigsmile: My favorite is the vanilla thrilla coffee...but I was a starbucks fan before. Good luck with it!!
