first of all, way to go.. that is a great accomplishment!! it's because the "Event" isn't the 5k. trust me. if you were a half marathoner running in a something billed heavily as a "marathon" (which i've been) you'd be feeling just as shunned. and the halves might even be feeling the same way in yours... or even us pokey…

yep. fat loss. they aren't the most SUPER accurate, but i found that having one of those scales that measure body fat and hydration. they really help on those WHAT? times... when i thought everything was on the up and up and am a little heavier - i switch the mode and low and behold, I am dehydrated. i think in your case…

first, get a tall. you don't need a venti macchiato, ever. and if you are doing it simply to soothe yourself, then just the tall should suffice. breaking yourself of the habit is a hard thing to do (she says as she dove into her chicken salad not 20 minutes ago because her computer was being stupid) but really no one EVER…

if you like jillian michaels at all - fitness ultimatum 2010 is pretty good. not super awesome, but i have a good time. i don't have any real non-workout games yet - so i would love to hear other people votes.

you know what they say about things that sound too good to be true... i also always like to get my fruits and veggies (when i am getting them) whole. it's better for your digestion in my opinion. just my two cents.

Yes and no. I think it's a pretty unobtainable goal for me. It's no longer in my body type. I filled out a lot since then, curve-wise, and I am fine with an extra 10lbs in the right places - since that would still fall into a healthy body weight.

Definitely. At lower levels of weight loss like both of you need, it's going to come off slowly. most of jillian's stuff works pretty well if you work it.

Dellymum, here's the thing. Why are you being so defeatist? You aren't going to just pig out on chocolate. And if you do, so what? You'll do fine the next day. The point of keeping track is so that you know that you ARE pigging out on chocolate and that is what is the problem with why you aren't losing weight. Just stay…
