    I was having sex when I was at my heaviest and I was still fat. It's not *really* exercise!

    I wouldn't personally record although I have been tempted by the heart rate monitor..!

    one site i belonged to specifically says in the terms and conditions that this is one of the few things that it will NEVER share with your friends (when you log sex as an exercise). :blushing:

    so apparently a LOT of people do it, and a LOT of people don't want other people to know.:love::smokin:

    At this point I wouldn't consider sex an exercise.....I'd consider it a MIRACLE! :laugh:

    Sex is great exercise far beyond the calories burned. It decreases cortisol which is related to belly fat. I actually think this is the key to 6-pack abs!
