I use wheat tortillas or La Tortilla Factory that are low cal and low carb. Also, corn tortillas are better, but smaller. I fill them with chicken, onions, cheese, cilantro, and salsa. Enjoy :)

If you only need them for distance, that's why they are not clear when looking at things up close. I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years. You get used to it.

You are SOO not alone! I lost 18lbs in the first 3 months I started here. It's now taken me EIGHT months- yes, EIGHT looong months to lose another 14lbs. It is seriously frustrating and I am NO WHERE near my goal. :sad:

I watch movies or catch up on my favorite TV shows. I try not watch regular TV because I get bored durring the commercials. I also have a great playlist I made for my mp3. Sometimes I do both! (I'm talented like that). :laugh:

Throw all your meats on it! marinate chicken in low cal Italian dressing then grill it! Use your favorite spices to pork or beef and throw those on there too. HATED this *$%@#&!!!! I SO regret ever getting it. I know everyone is different, but for me it was HELL. It was also the cause of much of my weight gain, although I know I didn't help it any either.

You can change your food diary settings so you can view your fiber in take. I also changed mine to show 25g a day, which is the reccomended amount for women. Then I try to get as much in as possible from veggies and fruit. I also eat fiber one ceral, fiber one bars, and drink benefiber (as needed).

stay away from the mashed potatoes, biscuits and cole slaw, for staters. Can you ask them to get you the grilled type? Other than that, I'm not sure what else is on the menu for sides?
