I use the Birds Eye microwaveable packs. They heat in just 5-10 minutes and are healthy.

Cooking vegetables is supposed to help your digestive system and adds more flavor. I guess both are important to for a healthy diet.

Yeah, I almost NEVER stay in my sugar goals. I do eat a lot of fruit, so maybe that's it.

I have been hiding because I didn't go on the Wii Fit all week. I did do Wii Sports and played some tennis and baseball, so I guess that burned a few calories. I do that sometimes, but I've learned the only way I'll really be able to control my eating habits is if I find out what is making me go over my calories and then cut down on it.

If you mean it like, "oh, I went under my calories yesterday, so today I can pig out and eat whatever I want", then I would say that's not an excuse. You should eat healthy all the time if you want this as a lifestyle change, not a diet. But if you're going to a party or a brunch the next day and you go a little over, then…
