Weight Loss Tips
If you had to pick one fitness or eating tip that has helped you the most during weight loss, what would it be? Here's mine: If I eat one brownie or cookie (or other type of junk food), I can't just give up on my healthy eating and start eating more of them. One brownie won't show up later, but 10 of them will.

I had -639 calories, -108 carbs, -5 protein, -85 sugar, and -15 fiber in yesterday's food diary (well actually I accidentally added them under today and I don't know how to fix it). What's more is, this is my NET food intake, AFTER I exercised! Suddenly, it's so easy to go over. How can I prevent this from happening?
