We all have "bad habits". Maybe it's those chocolate chip cookies that, once you take one, you end up going back . . . and back . . . Or maybe it's those mints that you use to "freshen your breath" but actually make you gain extra weight. Maybe it's making excuses not to exercise. Or maybe hanging out with friends who make bad choices (health or otherwise). I am starting a group that will help you break your habits and push past the plateaus. If you are interested in joining, please do!!!!!!! Anyone can join at any time.

My bad habit is eating junk when I hang out with friends. We recently went to olive garden and it took everything in me to order soup and salad and NOT eat breadsticks. Phew, it was rough! I def need to keep on that track! No eating junk!

im in... i loooovvveee soda with a passion... i can drink a 12 pack a day if i could... i am now down to 1 or a diet coke a day... its rough!!!

I would be interested in joining. My main bad habit is eating more food after I'm done a meal because I think I'm hungry. But in most cases, I'm actually thristy and in need of water.0
