A Craving Trick

I read in a fitness magazine about a trick to use when you are craving something bad.
First, imagine that food.
Then imagine the food that you think tastes like the worst thing in the world!
Then imagine what these 2 would look like together. Pretend to eat this dish and focus on what it would taste like to you.
This works for me A LOT when I'm craving something.
