Ohhhhhhh, the weekend!!!!!!!!!!

I looked at my reports and it seems like I eat more on the weekends - I totally go over my limit of 1,200!!!!! Is it because I can't plan my meals ahead of time? And I can't find a lot of time to exercise. So I gained a pound back from the 3 I've lost. Wonderful.

Any suggestions to help me would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!:smile:

    except i exercise more and eat WAY more

    Ugh, the weekends. I think it's because I don't stay on any type of schedule on the weekends and we mostly eat out. If we cook it's going to be a big meal instead of the basics. But giving an inch on the weekends helps me stay on track during the week. I'm now trying to limit my indulgences to Saturday instead of letting them spill over into Sunday too. I have treats during the week and keep them in my calorie budget. Now why can't I do that on weekends??? I'm working on it!

    Not working out-crap!:angry:

    And now that it's Sunday and I want to (have time to) workout-my BACK IS KILLING me!!!!!!! :explode:
