Stay positive, and before you…

Thanks Molly for the information. I recently just canceled my gym membership because we built a home gym, so I don't have access to a pool. Hi Guys- So, I went to the doctor today and was given some pretty bad news. I have tendonitus in my left leg and was advised to stop all activity for 6 weeks to let it heal. I am so bummed because I just recently got into a great work out routine. I was wondering if any of you have had this problem in the past and what you…

I recently bought a sole F80 and it is awesome! It folds up to save space, is extremely sturdy, and comes with a heart rate monitor. You can wear it around your waist ( under your pec muscles) so you know if you are in your fat burning zone. It also has hand grips that measure your heart rate. But the best part is it has…

Thanks ThinCindy. However, I think I roll my ankels inward and walk on the sides of my feet. I started to get a pain on the side of my left leg (in between my shin and my calf). It starts around 5-10 minutes into my workout, and is becoming a real pain. Any suggestions?
